In a court proceeding defended by Rusconi Abogados, the Federal Electoral Tribunal ordered the Electoral Institute of Morelos to register as received on time, the candidacy registration requests of MORENA to the posts of council members of Cuernavaca, after the political party had filed those requests once the deadline had passed. This order came after the tribunal considered that this late registration attempted against the right to be voted of the members of MORENA.
