In a court proceeding defended by Rusconi Abogados, the Federal Electoral Tribunal nullified the internal processes to designate candidates to council members of Cuernavaca and representatives of MORENA to the local congress of the State of Morelos for the election of July 2018, due to fact that the party did not celebrate the assemblies in which the candidates should have been chosen, and in turn, decided that the electoral authority of the party would be the one in charge of making the selection.
