Eduardo Miguel Rusconi Trujillo
He is a lawyer educated in Mexico, Japan and Australia, experienced in civil-commercial and tax-administrative litigation, as well as in negotiation and mediation. Eduardo Rusconi is a graduate of the Law School of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, graduating with the thesis 'Second degree money laundering. Analysis of its various forms of commission and its fiscal impact'. In 2011 he concluded a Master's degree in International Economic and Business Law at Kyushu University in Japan, graduating with the thesis 'The role of financial derivative products in the 2007 financial crisis', and in 2016 he completed a Master's degree in International Tax Law at the University of Melbourne, Australia. Also, in 2017, Eduardo concluded a diploma course in strategic litigation in human rights, taught by the Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas of UNAM. Also, Eduardo Rusconi is Private Mediator number 213, certified by the TSJCM.
Prior to founding Rusconi & Sauza, Eduardo worked successively for Solórzano, Carvajal, González y Pérez Correa, S.C. and for Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres-Landa, S.C. (today Hogan Lovells BSTL).
Eduardo has been a professor of the subjects 'Formation of regional economic blocs' at Universidad Anáhuac, and 'Human Rights' at Universidad La Salle, and has several publications in specialized law and tax journals.

Selene Sauza
She is an immigration lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, graduated from the School of Law of the UNAM, with a specialty in Constitutional Law and Amparo, as well as a Master's Degree in Tax Law.
She has taught courses on Mexican Immigration Law, participated as a speaker in conferences on immigration matters and has published more than 25 specialized articles.
Her main work is to assist and advise foreigners and their families to immigrate to Mexico, to legally obtain their temporary and/or permanent residence and/or Mexican passport.
In the last 5 years, she has helped more than 1500 families to obtain their residency; advising multinational companies, Mexican companies and individuals in their immigration processes with positive results within the agreed deadlines.
She is a founding partner of Rusconi & Sauza and head of the immigration law area.

René Javier Viruega Olea
He has a law degree with a specialization in Business Law, a Diploma in Financial Law from the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Fintech Law, Money Laundering Prevention and Terrorism Financing, a Master's Degree and a Doctorate in Law with Honorable Mention from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), author of the book: "El seguro de caución y la fianza de empresa. Comparative analysis" and several articles in specialized magazines.
Between 2003 and 2007 he worked in the firms Martínez y Villalobos, S.C., Proconta, S.C., Afianzadora Insurgentes, S.A. de C.V., Cámara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcción and from 2007 to 2015 he was a public official in the Treasury of the Federation, issuing opinions to legal consultations made by agencies in financial matters and carrying out payment requirements to surety companies and other guarantors in compliance with obligations issued in favor of the Federal Government. Alfonso Ramírez Ramírez
He holds a law degree from Corporativo Académico CADE. He performed his social service at the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City, attended the international seminar "Challenges and Future of Public Procurement at the Legal Research Institute of the National Autonomous University of Mexico". In 2020 he concluded the Diploma Course "Amparo Trial" by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation through the General Directorate of Houses of Legal Culture.
Prior to joining Rusconi & Sauza, he worked in the area of public procurement in the companies Holiday de México, S.A. de C.V., Trenkes, S.A. de C.V., and Productos Galeno, S. de R.L.
He is currently an attorney at Rusconi & Sauza, in the area of Health and Administrative Law.

Lenny Patrizia Franco Ortiz
Abogada Maestra en Derecho Penal y Sistema Acusatorio, egresada de la Universidad Humanitas, graduándose con honores. Actualmente cursa una Especialidad en Derecho Penal en la Universidad de Barcelona, España. Miembro activo de la Barra Interamericana de Abogados.
Durante doce años laboró en la Fiscalía General de la República, Fiscalía Especializada en Materia de Delincuencia Organizada, Unidad Especializada en Delitos Contra la Salud; Unidad Especializa en Investigación de Delitos en Materia de Secuestro; Unidad Especializada en Investigación de Operaciones con Recursos de Procedencia Ilícita, Falsificación o Alteración de Moneda. Así mismo se ha desempeñado como docente de diversos diplomados en la Universidad Intercontinental.

Mario Eduardo Olvera Ortiz
He holds a law degree from the Universidad Tecnológica de México and performed his social service at the Undersecretary of the Penitentiary System of Mexico City.
Eduardo is a postulant attorney and has experience in civil, commercial, family and labor litigation; he has also participated in administrative trials, actions for the effective protection of rights, trials for the protection of political-electoral rights of citizens and complaints for contradictions of criteria.
He is currently an attorney at Rusconi & Sauza and head of the Civil, Commercial and Family Litigation area.

Paz Itzel Herrera Arzola
Itzel Herrera es Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla, titulándose con la tesis Trata de varones migrantes en la frontera sur de México. Marco internacional y enfoque jurídico de México. Cuenta con una maestría en Derecho Fiscal por la Universidad de las Américas Puebla con Cum Laude y obtuvo una especialidad en Consultoría Fiscal por la misma universidad. En 2011 realizó el diplomado en migración y gobernanza por el Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE), con sede en el David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies de la Universidad de Harvard en Boston, Massachusetts. En 2019 llevó a cabo el diplomado en Derechos Humanos «Dr. Jorge Carpizo» a 75 años de su natalicio y el diplomado en Contratación Pública, ambos del Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. En 2020 concluyó el diplomado en Juicio de Amparo por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación a través de la Dirección General de Casas de la Cultura Jurídica.
Itzel es una abogada con experiencia en derecho civil, familiar, fiscal y administrativo. Ha prestado su servicio en el Área Técnica de Ejecución en la Secretaría de Finanzas del estado de Puebla, el Departamento de Protección al Mexicano del Consulado General de México en Boston, Massachusetts y en la Alcaldía Xochimilco.

Evelyng, a lawyer graduated from the Facultad de Estudios Superiores Aragón of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, has several courses taught by the same faculty, such as Legal Psychology, Body Language and Practical Workshop for the Detection of Lies I and II. Realizó su servicio social en la Unidad Médica No. 18 de IMSS de Tizayuca Hidalgo. Actualmente cursa la Licenciatura en Contaduría en el Centro de Estudios Superiores “Felipe Villanueva”.

Reina Deyanira Serna Martínez es abogada, egresada de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Campus Azcapotzalco. Realizó su servicio social en la Oficina Jurídica de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Azcapotzalco, especializándose en derecho inmobiliario. Reina también realizó diversos cursos ofrecidos por la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, incluido un curso sobre litigio administrativo en proceso sumario en el Tribunal de Justicia Administrativa de la Ciudad de México.

Es abogada, egresada de la Facultad de Estudios Superiores Acatlán. Realizó su servicio social en el Instituto Nacional Electoral, tomó diversos cursos impartidos por la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, entre ellos el taller de juicios especiales civiles.

Jessica Elizabeth Cruz Peña, graduated from the School of Accounting and Administration of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, with a degree in Accounting.
Cuenta con amplia experiencia administrativa, contable, fiscal y en auditoría.
En su trayectoria ha destacado en distintas áreas, resaltando por sus habilidades de liderazgo y compromiso. Se encuentra en constante preparación en temas fiscales y está a la vanguardia en la implementación de herramientas de inteligencia artificial en el ámbito contable y fiscal.
Fue parte del equipo contable-administrativo en Centro de Colición, S.A. de C.V. Posteriormente formó parte del área de auditoría en el despacho Álvarez Balbás y actualmente colabora en el área de compliance fiscal en Rusconi & Sauza.

Lucia Mayola Coyotzi García
Es licenciada en derecho por la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Realizó su servicio social bajo la tutela de la Doctora María del Socorro Marquina Sánchez, con enfoque en derecho internacional público y privado. Desarrolló sus prácticas profesionales en la Procuraduría Fiscal de la Ciudad de México, donde adquirió valiosos conocimientos en materia del procedimiento contencioso administrativo.
Cursó un diplomado en Derecho Empresarial, así como un seminario de Derecho Energético. Además, ingresó a su segunda carrera en la Facultad de Contaduría de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
Antes de unirse a Rusconi & Sauza, adquirió conocimientos prácticos en el despacho Benguiat, Benezra y Asociados. Actualmente, es Abogada Junior en Rusconi & Sauza, colaborando en las áreas de litigio civil y derecho corporativo.

Marycarmen Ortiz Mendoza
Abogada egresada de la Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, responsable del área de asuntos migratorios.
