In June 29, 2012, the Superior Chamber of the Federal Electoral Tribunal decided to annul the election of Council Members of the Democratic Revolution Party for the State of Morelos, after finding that the election held on October 23rd, 2011, was substantiated irregularly. The judgment registered with the number 1698/2012, sponsored by Rusconi & Sauza, was the third trial won by our office at the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal, in a sequel of challenges heard in relation to this electoral process.
