Thanks to the support provided by the law firm Rusconi & Sausa, S.C., the success in denouncing acts contrary to the electoral regulations has been remarkable. As a result of this invaluable collaboration, the State Electoral Tribunal of the State of Aguascalientes has imposed several sanctions to the former candidate of the coalition "Together we will make history in Aguascalientes", formed by the parties Morena, del Trabajo and Nueva Alianza Aguascalientes.
In the elections held in the State of Aguascalientes to elect the Municipal President (period 2021-2024), the citizen Francisco Arturo Ávila Anaya has been sanctioned with fines totaling $17,924. 00 (Seventeen thousand nine hundred and twenty-four pesos 00/100 M.N.) and two other sanctions for a total of $35,848.00 (Thirty-five thousand eight hundred and forty-eight pesos 00/100 M.N.), corresponding to files PES 020/21, PES 038/21 and PES 040/21 respectively. In addition to the fines, a public reprimand has been issued to the coalition that endorsed the sanctioned candidate, due to the verification of acts contrary to the electoral regulations of the state.
