SANCTIONS IMPOSED ON MORENA'S CANDIDATE FOR MAYOR OF AGUASCALIENTES CAPITAL

Thanks to the support provided by the firm Rusconi & Sauza, S.C., the success in denouncing acts contrary to electoral regulations has been notable. As a result of this invaluable collaboration, the State Electoral Tribunal of Aguascalientes has imposed various sanctions on the former candidate from the coalition "Juntos haremos historia en Aguascalientes," composed of the parties Morena, del Trabajo, and Nueva Alianza Aguascalientes.

In the elections held in the State of Aguascalientes to elect the Municipal President (term 2021-2024), the citizen Francisco Arturo Ávila Anaya has been sanctioned with fines totaling $17,924.00 (Seventeen thousand nine hundred twenty-four pesos 00/100 M.N.) and other two sanctions totaling $35,848.00 (Thirty-five thousand eight hundred forty-eight pesos 00/100 M.N.), corresponding to the files PES 020/21, PES 038/21, and PES 040/21 respectively. In addition to the fines, a public admonition has been issued to the coalition that backed the sanctioned candidate, due to the proof of acts contrary to the state's electoral regulations.
